The World Premiere of “New Beginnings” Comes to Winnipeg
New Beginnings is based on actual interviews with New Canadians in Winnipeg, combining stories, music, movement and humour and performed by a large, diverse cast. It explores the often conflicting situations and emotions that accompany the transition to a new land with inclusion of perspectives of Indigenous people towards the arrival of those from other places.
